CHILD RATE POLICY:

• 0-2 yo – FREE OF CHARGE

• 3-6 yo – 50% discount based on Adult rates

• 7 yo and above – Adult rate

 

 

IMPORTANT NOTES:

 

1. Passengers are responsible to check the accuracy of the information on their travel vouchers. Any errors and/or omissions must be reported to coronbluelagoon@gmail.com immediately. Please quote your master booking reference when communicating with our reservation officer.

 

2. This voucher entitles only to the above stated hotel and specified information

 

3. During peak seasons like Christmas and new year and holy week, the hotels may charge additional for compulsory supplements that need to be paid direct at the hotel.

 

4. This voucher is non-transferrable, non endorsable and non-refundable.

 

5. Any alterations made without approval from issuing office will be deemed null/void.

 

6. Any accident/personal expenses and/or anything that is not specifically mentioned in the package inclusions will be charged on guest own account.

 

7. No refund will be extended for any unused services, cancellation, no show early departure prior to the departure date.

 

8. Whole guaranteed period, full charge penalty for any cancellation, amendment and no show.

 

9. No refund for NO SHOW.

 

10. BLUE LAGOON ADVENTURE TOURS AND TRAVEL will not be liable for any delays or failure to provide services caused by acts of god, reason of war, insurrection, tourist act, and civil commotion, any act decree or order of any government authority, or any other causes beyond our control.

 

CANCELATION POLICY: Strictly no amendment/cancellation is allowed once booking is guaranteed and finalize.
